e000fe30 / A Communications Failure Has Occurred

Hi,

I've installed 11d on a win2k3 server and have got agents running on ten other servers. Backups are failing with the following error:

Error: e000fe30, The job failed with the following error: A communications error has occured.

With some agents this happens for all shares, with some it happens with just a couple of shares.

This has been going on for a while now and is getting seriously critical, I would appreciate any and all help.

Chech the following factors:

1, windows event log to see if the remote agent service stopped during the backup.
2, network transmission quality to see if there is packet lost happened.
3, user privilege

I have the same error when I try to backup the lotus domino server.

Hello,

Verify if remote agent service is running under local ssytem account and if it is stopping during the backup job put it in a debug mode.
