error 0xe00002f7: Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup

Hi There

As the title suggests we are getting an error of:

Final error: 0xe00002f7 - Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup. Review the job log for more information. Final error category: Resource Errors

We have 3 backups, 2 of which are going to different NAS boxes 1 going to an HP autoloader. 

The 2 NAS backups work fine, but the Autoloader comes up with the error above. ( yes i know its over kill but as per customers request.) All that backups use the same selection list and setting. 

They are using server 2008 R2, exchange 2010 (in a cluster) and BE 2010 r3  ( which is fully patched).

This is ideally cause because of permission . Make sure your backup exec account as proper rights and permission on the exchange server

make sure the account used for backup is not hidden, have  a unique and active mailbox .

Also the account  should have send as and receive as rights
