generate notification at inserting media

Hi, I try to set BU 10.1 to send me a notification as soon as tape has been inserted.
This way I know that tapes are changed, else I have to call the local operator that he has forgotten to do something.

What I did is within "assign recipients to alert categories" enabled "Media Insert" warning to be sent to me. But to no avail.

Why does this not work?
And how to achieve this?

Edit:
Understand now that the "media insert" question is generated when the job asks for a second tape.

Still, is it possible to make such a notification work?
