BUE 2010 R3 is already available for download in fileconnect.symantec.com. You may just need to use the serial number for BUE 2010.

It is also now available via the Trialware downloads at:

http://www.backupexec.com

The trailware download is the complete installer for the full edition and only needs valid licenses entered to be changed from trialware
