job history filters not working BE2014

I have 2 Windows 2014 servers running BE2014.  The job history filters on one works fine, but not on the other.  On the one that doesn't work right, when I put in a date range, the job history still shows dates prior to the beginning date I have entered.  Any ideas?

...have you tried a repair of Backup Exec on the server giving you these issues?

Yes, retaining catalogs 4 months on both servers.

Does this issue always occur or randomly ?

Does pressing the F5 key help after specifying the filter ? Are any other filters specified apart from the date range ?

Try updating to SP2 and check if this resolves the issue or not. If not, would recommend to log a support case.

- Always occurs, never works right.

- refresh doesn't help

- Will try the SP2 update.
