media rotation for same job

I am facing a problem as follows:

I am using Veritas BackupExec 10.0 and Dell powervault Library 136T with single LTO tape drive. I have a job running daily as full backup. I have 8 tapes (media) in a single media set. Now wht is my requirement: I want to run the same job but daily with a different tape(media). Currently what happening - BE is doing full backup on the same tape. In case my tape get damaged I will lose my data. So to get redundancy I need the backup daily goes to a different tape. I want to know how to achive this task:

whether i need to create some policy. or create seven different jobs for 7 tapes....

What you could do is change the media set properties such that when a tape is in it, it will be protected for so and so much long!
