OK, now the backups are working but I am getting a few errors:

SAC 8200
code 0x90B9

and the unit is reporting that an imminent hardware failure is going to occur and says that it is the robotic arm for DELL4

Anyone have an idea what the above codes are? I have looked everywhere!

Hello,

Apart from the above errors, do you get any hardware related errors in the event logs in Windows? Are there any soft or hard write errors on the device?
Also refer to the following technote that might provide you with some insight on the problem:

You might contact the hardware vendor and chek if its a hardware issue.
