we are having problems with trying to install a remote agent on one of our client machines (XP)
we installed VERITAS we did a local install and are able to back up other servers with out errors.
But when we are backing up the Clients machine we get Failures.... the data is backup but I read if we ever had to restore the date there would be issues.
The error message we get when trying to install the agent is
�THE PROCESS CAN NOT ACCESS THE FILE BECAUSE IT IS BEING USED BY ANOTHER PROCESS"
I goggled the error but found nothing so came here
