question mark on restore '?'

I am trying to run a restore job but all the folders have a '?' mark on them. Any clues how to fix this?

Hello,

This happens if there is no catalog information for that media.
-- Uncheck the option 'use storage-media based catlogs' under tools>options>catalog
-- Run the catalog

And verify the result.
