"Backup Exec Job Engine" and "Backup Exec Server" services fail to start

Hello,

We have Veritas Backup Execute 9.1 running on a Windows 2003 Small Business Server and
"Backup Exec Job Engine" and "Backup Exec Server" services won't start automatically after a reboot and we have to start them manually after each reboot of the server.

Any idea will be appreciated.

What is the exact error message?

What errors are occured in the application event log?
