"Communication Stalled" during test run of backup

Immidiately after saying "Backup Scan" the server at 3 minutes, go into a "Communication Stalled" state.

Cancelling the job, results in a "Successful" job completion.

If i leave it to complete, it completed "Successfully".

Why does it say "Stalled" a tll (an di upped the timeouts in the "options" of BE10.

Hi,

- Please check if all the Backup exec services are running.

- Are you performing the backups on tape? if yes,check if the device is online. check if it is going offline.

- Does this occur only when you run the test backups?
