"New Catalog" option grayed out

I changed the catalog location becuase the drive it was on ran out of space. I am now trying to recatalog my Backup-To-Disk folder. When I select it, the "New Catalog" option  is grayed out. I tried inventorying first, but it's still gray. How can I activate this option? Thanks.

I had selected the Backup-to-Disk folder. I needed to select a media file within the folder.  It's cataloging as I type.

Rather than inventory recatalog all your tapes, you should be able to just copy (or restore) all the old catalog files to the new location, and then stop/start the services.

All you old catalogs should be present
