"No records were found on database request" error

I'm from Italy and use the italian version of BackupExec for Windows Server 9.1, so excuse me if the translation is not so good.
I have a job that appears in the list of "Monitored Processes" as "To Be scheduled" (or something similar)
If i try to delete it all seems good but after a minute the process "magically" reappears. If i try to modify it i obtain the error "No records were found on database request".
It seems something similar to the situation described in KB 262316 (http://support.veritas.com/docs/262316) but the simple restart of the service or the reboot of the server does not solve the problem.
Any suggestion ?
Thanks in advance

Hi Carlo,

Have you recently upgraded from an older version of Backup to Version 9.1? and is this a job that was created in the earlier version of Backup Exec?

Also try performing a repair database option on the Backup Exec Database by referring to the following technote:
URL: http://support.veritas.com/docs/265180

Also try editing the job from job setup and see if you can edit the job.

No. It wasn't an upgrade. It was a plain installation of 9.1 on Windows 2003 Server. And the job was created with this version.

I already tried to perform a database repair with BEUtility with no success

I can edit the job from setup but when i try to submit the changes i obtain the error of the subject
The strange thing is that if i try to delete the job it seems that the operation is succesfull (no errors reported ...) but if i try to "refresh" the screen the "undeletable" job is again there ...

Anyway thanks for the help.
