"Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!" while making an SS backup of SBE server

Hello All! I have SBE 2010 running on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x86 Standard and I get this error while trying to make an SystemState backup of this server http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/images/287554/C++error.jpg I've found an KB article http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/351328.htm and installed HotFix from it. but I'll still getting this error. how to fix it? thanks!

Please check if the version of beremote.exe is same on the backup exec server and the remote server......

That is local server.
I'm trying to backup server with SBE on it.

I've updated Visual C++ 2005 to sp1 and installed Visual C++ 2008 sp1 - still nothing.

Hello,

Install the VSS rollup patch : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940349 (reboot required) and try backups....

I've already installed this update.
still nothing.

at this time I have two servers with the same problem.
both are Windows Server 2003 R2 Sp2, one Standard and one Enterprise Edition, both are i386, both are russian localized, and both are Dell PE 2950 server with dell perc 5/i sas raid controller.

Windog if there was a hotfix to address that specific issue and it did not resolve your issue the best suggestion I could give to you would be to open a case with support so they can address the issue.  If you've already opened a case with support please send me the case number so I can get it escalated to the correct group.

there were not any symantrec hotfix for this issue, and I haven't opened case.
