remote agent upgrade

Hello,

We are currently testing with the evaluation version of backup exe 10d. We installed one remote agent on a remote server as part of the evaluation. My question is what must be done to upgrade both the 10d software and remote agent to a full version.

Sorry for the late reply. How about the remote agent? If we purchased only 1 remote agent license, does this mean we can only install it once? After we install the remote agent, how do we make it a licensed remote agent??

please go to tools-serial numbers and installation and then enter the remote agent license and continue the wizard.
