remove a computer from the job when the computer is no longer available

how do you remove a system from the backup job when the server is no longer on the network? I tried just removing it under the backup job but it is no longer listed there, but every night when i do a backup it says the job failed because it could not connect to the server.

Hello,

Please refer to the following technote:

A backup operation fails with the error message: "Directory not found. Can not back up directory <\directory> and its subdirectories" or "The directory is invalid."
