removing legacy server from selection list

Hi,

I have reinstalled new server with diferent name. Now I want to remove ald server from selection lists that my backup do not fail. How could I do this?

In job properties, under selections, you can see Selection Details Tab.

Under which selections will be displayed in text mode. You can remove the old server from there.

You can remove them from the text view of selection list.

From the Job Setup tab, right-click on the backup job and select Properties

Go to Selections.

Click on "View Selection Details."

Locate and delete all the entries that are not required..

As an aside, you really would of though symantec would add in some consistancy checker between the two views.... but no... BE2012 is no better, in fact it is worse with its logic
