restore to another PC

My primary backup is to a folder on another drive on a network PC. This backup is of the entire server, nightly. Then I duplicate this backup to a tape drive.

I want to test the backup by restoring:
from the backup to folder job to the server
from the duplicated tape job to the server
from the backup to folder job to another PC

I have backup exec on the server, so the first 2 should be OK, but how do I restore to another PC that does not have backup exec installed? A few months ago, our server died, rendering the tape backup useless.

In order to perform a restore onto another server, please use the redirected restore option.
