Is sticky (t) and set user or group ID on execution (s) bits backed up and restored on files when using BackupExec 10.1 and RALUS 10.1?

I found the answer in an older post after a lot of searching.

The function is not implemented in 10.0 and as we haven't been able to backup and restore files with these bits set correctly on 10.1 it seems still to be missing.
