getting unable to attach while restoring individual mailbox.Exchange 2007 on ws 2003 with BE 12.5

Have you already tried the symantec KB about it as this is normal behaviour. Please check the credentials from which you are running the restore.

account should be unique, unhidden from GAL, exchange organization administrator, domain admin
