This error may occur if the disk activity is too much and AOFO is not able to snap the volume. Reduce the quiet time to 2 or 3 secs. Please refer to the following technote:
- Troubleshooting the Open File Option message: "OFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time window for physical volume" or "AOFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time for physical volumes. Reduce the activity on these volumes, or wait and run the backup when there is less activity on the volumes." (a0008502 HEX or e0008502 HEX)

This may also happen if you are trying to backup databses which if not supported by AOFO. Please refer to the following technote:
