upgrade backupexec 12 in server with clusters

We have backupexec 9.1 and we want upgrade to backupexec 12. but one time ago, we try to upgrade to backupexec 10 but we had a problem with SAP.

We running SAP with Windows 2003, and Oracle 9.0, with two server in clusters, we want to know if backupexec 12 run fine with this configuration.
