upgrade to 12 then no services start, Error: Detected a database schema version mismatch

Hello,

After upgrade to 12 from 11d, none of my backup ecex services are starting up.  In the Event Viewer, i have an application error of:  The backup exec Device and Media service cannot start because it dectected a database schema version mismatch.  Tons of info on google, but I wanted to check on here first.  Any info would be greatly apperciated.

Once the database is upgraded service will be able to start.
