I have been fighting this for a week now. I am not able to upgrade our BE2012 to BE2014 because of the BE DLO option installed on BE2012. I tried removing it but the system keep on prompting for the installation DVD, which I have put in (BE2012 DVD) but it is still not cooperating. Upon reading thru the forums and support tickets, it looks like I may be needing the BE2010 installation disk, please confirm if this is the case? If I do not have the BE2010 DVD, is there any other option? Please advise. Thanks.
