veritas update doesn't work

from within the tools menu.

first tries to go to

softwareupdate.veritas.com

that links to ...

http://www4.symantec.com/be/welcomepage.jhtml

but the page just comes up dead.

I just used this about a week ago and it worked fine.

Does it work/not for anyone else?

Is there any other address where i can check installed and needed updates?

it's not automated, but you can see what service is available for your install.  Go to the downloads page at http://www.symantec.com/enterprise/support/downloads.jsp?pid=15047
