hello,
My weekly back (Full backup) has been iddle in one file "root directory\dell\DSAOMI.msi" for more than 24 hrs. Id there a way we can skip this file and have the job continue?
Please help!

Hello
Unfortunately you cannot skip that file and continue with the backup.
You will have to cancell the job.

There can be multiple reasons
1) If anti -virus scan is being performed at the time of backup then BE will not be able to access that file.
2) In case if that particular has gone file is corrupt .
