Gill every installed Data Insight Management Server (MS) which houses reports will have samples of each report in various formats (Comma Separate, Adobe PDF, HTML) for each applicable report.
Note: The DataInsight Inventory Report creates a database file even though CSV format is selected.
First prior to the creation of a report from the Reports tab you will have the ability to access sample data.
example:
Click the reports tab, select a report and click it -->
Also the Admin with access to the machine can view them in a viewer / editor from the file system under
DRV:\Program Files\DataInsight\reports\Types\<Report Name>.
