DLO is not Installing on a Windows XP Machine

Hello All,

My company is installing DLO for a customer and the customer have Windows XP (like 25 desktops) computers in-house. The challenge is that DLO is not installing on Windows XP at all. Please any help or advice on how to go about it.

Windows XP is End-of-Life and End-of-Support...did you check the DLO Software Compatibility List to make sure the version of DLO supports XP?
