Remote pushing of dlo agent on domain client

Problems:-

1.After pushing 83% of dlo agent to the domain client error has been create generally .Error shows "Access is denied".

2.DLO console accept AD Administrator Account "username and password",but not accepting "username and passord" of AD Administrative rights groups member for authenticate to pushing DLO agent on domain client.

As i understand the built-in Administrator account works fine but not any other member of the "Administrators" group... Is this right ?

Is the account which is used to logon to the DLO media server and the account used for push install the same ?

Would you post/pm DLORemInstDlgs.log, dloconsoleu.log from C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec DLO\Logs (From the DLO server)

And the DLOAgentInstall.log from the client machine (typlical location is C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Temp)
