Who do we contact for an update to the Hardware Compatibility Guide?
I was asked today if DLO can backup to cloud storage.
I expected to find supported bacup storage in the HCL, but sadly not.
The only place I managed to locate the info was page 97 of the Admin Guide!
Information about Cloud storage support was also not available in any of these docs, but rather in totally different docs that I managed to locate via Google, e.g.
When I search for documents or KBs, I use the below URL.
When I type as "DLO AND cloud" at this time, I can access docs for DLO that is related with cloud like the below URL.
After then, when I click "Desktop and Laptop Option" in left pane and click "Documentation" tab, I can acess the below docs.
When I choose "9.3.3" from "Choose version:", I can access docs for DLO 9.3.3 that is related with cloud.
As the results, I can reach the following document.
