After MS updates, DA search does not work, Is anyone having the same issue?

I guess this happened after som OS updates. Search jobs fail shortly after being launched by DA.

In the search details an error shows up with the following informatio: "Index Search failed: %1 Index %3 Internal reference: %2 (0xc0041c0e)".

In addition, events IDs 297 and 7182 are logged.

Event ID 297: APP AT - Customer ID: 3 - Error processing Vault to search off the queue: Searching Vault thread: Working thread for index server: 1(7)

Event ID 7182: Index search failed: Unspecified error (0x80004005).

 

If someone has any advice, I would appreciate it. Thanks

I had the same for some indexes, all on the same disk. I found out the disk itself had an issue. A chkdsk failed, so disk had to be formatted, and indexes resynced from dr side. We restored indexes with this error from a previous backup (2 weeks old), and then initially waited for EV to pick up the need to re-index. That did not happen quick enough, so we rebuild those indexes.

Took about 2 weeks to get going again.
