When searching in advanced "Search Vaults" using the "FROM" field, it is not possible to search by Exchange Alias, it is also the case in Outlook advanced search.
However when you specify an Alias in the From fields for "Search Vault"in the advanced search, we are getting results on our system: we are getting result with attached email (msg file) containing the alias (only for internal email).
Anyway to remove this options as it is confusing for users. Technicaly nothing should be return but EV is looking into the containt of the archive and comes back with any FROM object he can found?
