Hi ,
The customer is not able to retrieve the items from his vault and is getting the following error :
" could not show this item.
Cannot load the Outlook form for IPL.Note items.You may need to install additional software to view items of this type.".
Tasks performed till now:
When the admin who is set up as a delegate to outlook client for the customer is logged in she can open the same items from EV shortcuts in customers inbox with no issues.
Tried switching EV viewer to web and back to Outlook.
Tried restarting the ev client.
Tried purging form cache in Outlook.
Tried uninstalling, reinstalling EV client.
Tried repair installatio of Office
Tried renanming Warren's local and network profiles
The problem persists. .
Can any one guide me what could be done to resolve this issue.
