DST for Non North Americian sites

Looking at possible DST issues for EV and wondered if the service packs and/or hotfixes are required to resolve if client and servers exist outside of North America.

Obviously they include other fixes so should be deployed at some point, however with DST starting in 4 days I would prefer more time to test before rolling out.

This MS KB article lists all of the time zones that are changing, as well as the start and end dates:

In theory if you are not impacted by one of the time zones in the KB article you could delay your implementation of the service packs.
