Deleting folders in Archive Explorer

Hi All,

Is it possible to remove full folders in Archive Explorer?  I have a number of folders that contain a few 1000 emails that I need to delete and I really dont want to do this page by page. They are already deleted out of Outlook.

Alternativly is there a way to increase the item display count in archive explorer so I can just select a few 100 at a time to delete?

Depending on your version of EV, your best bet is to use Virtual Vault where you have much better management of emails, otherwise through archive explorer you can't do what you're looking to do The other alternative which maybe your quickest is to export the archive via the vault admin console, one of the options is to specify the folder to export and also whether to delete that item after it has been exported

The version of EV would have helped.. ver 9.02. Your idea of exporting the files works well thx for that.
