Domino Placeholders - redistribute deleted palceholders?

hi,

we set the domino desktop ploicy to 'delete only Placeholders' and don't alow deletions inside the archive on site level...

If a user  deletes some placeholders by mistake - is there any way to 'disribute' this placeholders back in the users mailbox?
