Does anyone have a copy of EVRunbook for EV 8.0?

I have contacted the developer of this tool as I read an internal mail which informed us that the EV Runbook has been renamed to Enterprise Vault Configuration Reporter 3.0 and it is currently in a BETA stage.

I have asked whether the tool can be passed to the outside world so will get back to you.

I can't find EVCR 3 in the download section.
