EV8 and Windows2008 R2 64bit is Pending?

i noticed symantec updated their compat chart with EV and noticed it was pending Win2008 R2 64bit, does anyone actually have this running/ installed on this OS yet?

Yes, many do but it is not supported.  So is it worth the risk?
