Email Signatures Rubbish

   There is a large amount of rubbish associated with each email that gets archived. Signature graphics, email tag lines, heading graphics etc. When doing a search for an email these all get returned and are really annoying. Is there any way to limit searches so you do not see all the extraneous noise?

Yes, there is is a way to change the Index Schema through a Registry key, in EV 6 SP1 and higher.

However, this will require a restart of the EV Services and you will need to rebuild the indexes, which can take a long time.

You will need to log a support call to get details of the registry key.
