Empty Archive Explorer

Hi,
After an Enterprise Vault upgrade 6 SP2 upgrade our users cannot see their archive within IE. Mailbox archives are OK, our Admin can also see the File shares within IE E-vault.

IIS works fine
Archivation/index works since our admin can see the share and list
default IE E-vault page works
Mailbox archivation/consult works

Do the users happen to be accessing Archive Explorer from the button in Outlook Web Access? Or are they accessing it throught the webapp directly (going to vaultserver/Enterprisevault/archiveexplorerui.asp)?
