Enable mailbox

I want to enable mailbox archive for a user, only the user is not in the list of available mailboxes.
When i look into the GAL the user is there.

What can i do to resolve this problem.

Hi,

If you can do a SQL query against the directory database look to see if they are in the ExchangeMailboxEntry table.
