Enterprise Vault Tab Missing from Folder Properties

When I logon to the journal mailbox and right click on a folder and goto properties.  I see the enterprise vault tab

But when I run a mailbox on the same computer I don't see the enterprise vault tab

Any idea's what i'm missing

Do you have checked the Mailbox Policy? Take a look to the advanced settings and check if the properties tab is visible to the endusers... Cheers Peter

In EV2007, it's -> Policy -> Advanced -> Outlook -> "Folder properties visible", which needs to be set to "Show tab"
