Enterprisevaultproxy is not created on my FE Exchange server

I have a problem with installing OWA on my FE Exchange server. 

The virtual directory enterprisevaultproxy are not create on my FE Exchange servers IIS and I can't find any errors in my log files or the eventlog.

On my BE Exchange servers the virtual directory enterprisevaultproxy is created on the IIS.

My FE Exchange server is Exchange 2003 server on a Windows 2003 SP2. My BE servers are clusteret and is also Exchange 2003 server on a Windows 2003 SP2

I am installing with an account that's domain admin and local administrator on the FE Exchange server.

Is there anyone who knows what might be wrong?

 Archive Explorer page in Outlook Web Access returns a 404 page cannot be found error.
