We are now implementing EV7. Not unusual, some mailbox folders may be renamed or restructured after emails are archived for the concerned folders.
After the renaming or restructuring exercise, however, we don't see any changes reflected in the Archive Explorer. It is misleading!
Only after new mails in the "new folders" are archived, the "new folders" are created. However, only the new mails exist there and even worse, the search folder operation results in only partial emails are displayed on the Archive Explorer!
Is there any method to synchronize the folder in Exchange and Vault? It doesn't work even after checking the Folders Hierachy and Permissions checkbox in Synchronization task!
