Move SQL Databases to New Server - EV 2007

I am looking to move an the existing sql databases for EV 2007 SP1 to a new SQL server. What are the steps for moving the databases?

There are no "special" tricks, simply read the Disaster Recovery chapters in the Admin manual and look at the "Data only" recovery section.

I have successfully used them with very little modification only recently.
