Not Enough Storage

I'm getting the odd error 6497

 

Error from document conversion:
Vault ID: 1518180D54BF0484EBA37F8FD7B95C52D1110000EVSITE
Saveset Message for Mailbox /O=/OU=/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=JOURNALLING, Message titled:  (part 1 of 44)
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.  [0x8007000e]
 

We are running EV7 SP4

 

there is over 20gb free on the index volume and 300gb on the vault store volume

    not sure if it's related but we do have one message in the journal mailbox with always fails to store.

     

    it's about 400mb in size with a wav attachment.

     

    Any idea's how i get it into the archive.

    Hi,

     

    I don't think that's the same issue.  That is 'not enough storage' from indexing service where as the error you mention is from document conversion.

     

    What drive is your TEMP defined as and how much free space does that have?
