Offline Vault / View the original item

When a user goes offline with the laptop and clicks in the preview pane from an archived e-mail on the link: View the original item the browser opens with: The page cannot be displayed. This is clear because no server connection is there.

Now my question: Is there an option that i can modify this for offline user that they do not mean that something does not work ? (blemish..)

I believe you are referring to the banner which you can exclude it in the policy, new messages that get archived will not have "view the orginal item" banner display...

or

create a OU for these offline users, apply different set of policy which exlude the banner.
