Hello all,
Only one user out of many has the following problem:
when an email arrives in her inbox, and she reads it, puts it in a folder under \inbox, the message is archived almost immediately. No shortcut is created either. Using Archive explorer/ search the message is retrievable.
I already re-installed ev-client, checked account, rights, policies. No other reports of this issue in company. I'm out of ideas on what to check next. Should I perhaps re-install Outlook? Create a new profile?
