Planning ahead for FSA Deletion

12bar
Level 3
We are planning (in advance thankfully!) for the following Vault File Archive scenario:

A court order requires prompt destruction of all electronic copies of pertinent data.  Default expiry of the file archives is in the distant future or never.  The data to be destroyed is potentially voluminous, both in number and depth of folders and number of files, but is a subset of the total file archive, starting at one, or a few, near-top-level folders.  The possibility of a court order, or the scope of the order, cannot be foreseen at the time of file archiving.

Setting up an archive admin to manually delete via Archive Explorer (or web search) would seem to work for a small amount of folders/files but impractical for large amounts.  At least, I cannot seem to get those tools to delete on a folder, but only the files that appear in the results pane.

I was wondering how other Vault administrators prepared their File Archiving environment to deal with this or other similar scenario.

Thanks in advance.
