Question about Shortcut deletion.

In Base expiry on - I choice Archived date, Process Vault Stores - Never and Retention items forever in Retention Category.

When I setting up Shortcut deletion on age 1 year on exchange policy , is it mean the shortcut will be keep 1 year.

Is it work?

Not sure I understand your question, but here goes..

You never run Expiry on your stores, as you keep items forever?

You delete shortcuts after 1 year (exchange policy)

What happens is that the shortcuts in the users mailboxes will get deleted 1 year after they have been created. (so the answer is yes, it will work)
